how to request a repair

Before sending any items, email us at support@diamantipertutti.com with: clear photos of the defect, and the proof of purchase from the end customer. 

2. download & complete the repair form
Download the form below, fill it in, and include it with your shipment:

3. pack and ship the item
Send the jewelry to DPT Antwerp, Steenhouwersvest 59, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium.

Please note: repairs under warranty require the customer’s purchase date and proof of purchase. Normal wear and tear or alterations like resizing are not covered under warranty.
